The applicant is proposing to expand the existing structure, located at 4578 Route 8 in an HC zoning district, by approximately 2,000 square feet. Additional parking requirements will require the use of an adjacent lot which will be consolidated as part of the land development process.

The applicant is proposing to develop approximately 63 acres off of S. Pioneer Road as a Planned Residential Development (PRD) in an RB zoning district. The proposed development will consist of 12 duplexes and 40 single family houses for a total of 64 units. A variance request will be submitted to the Township's Zoning Hearing Board requesting relief from Zoning Ordinance requirements for replacement trees. A public hearing is required. Should final approval be granted, the zoning map will be amended to a PRD-B classification for the property.

CASE NO. 18-13 – The applicant, Crossgates Inc., is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, under ARTICLE IX, and SUBSECTION 61, PARAGRAPH F (2a) and (5b), for relief from the required number of replacement trees for the Windmont Farms Preliminary Planned Residential Development application, on property located at 2716 W. Hardies Road / Chalfant Drive.
