The applicant is requesting approval to use a portion of an existing property, previously approved for commercial recreation use, for outdoor automobile vehicle storage. Although "Automobile Vehicle Storage" is not specifically listed as a use in a Light Industrial Zoning District it may be considered as a conditional use if found to be compatible with adjacent or surrounding existing and permitted uses. The applicant is also requesting that, if approved, the use may be allowed while a separate application is submitted that will subdivide the area from the main parcel.
This application will be reviewed by the Environmental Advisory Council on April 2, 2018 at 7:00 pm, by the Planning Commission on April 9, 2018 at 7:30 pm, and by Township Council on May 9, 2018 and May 23, 2018 at 7:30 pm. A public hearing regarding this application will be held during the May 9, 2018 Council Agenda Meeting at 7:30 pm.

Quarantillo, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, under ATTACHMENT 1, TABLE A, for a detached garage that would encroach on the required 40’ setback from the rear property line by approximately 35’ on property located at 4597 Sylvan Drive.
