Chickens on Residential Properties
Update: On July 28, 2021 Council voted to approve the amendments to the Zoning Ordinance that will allow chickens to be kept on certain residentially zoned properties. The following links can be used to view the regulations in full and apply for a permit to keep domestic chickens on your property.

Land Development Applications
The following is a list of Land Development applications that are currently under review with the Township. Individual building permits, or building permit applications have not been included on the list. Please see below for a list of variance applications currently under review.
22-14 Kozel Final Land Development Phase 1
The applicant is seeking final land development approval to install a shared access driveway, stormwater management improvements, and landscaping associated with the previously approved Kozel Subdivision (22-04) accessing Chardonnay Circle in a Residential A (RA) zoning district. This is Phase 1 of the final land development application, which will only include the work related to the access driveway. Phase 2 will be filed at a later date and will include the clearing and grading of the home sites and associated landscaping for that area.
This application will be reviewed by the Planning Commission on November 14, 2022 at 7:30 pm and by the Environmental Advisory Council on November 15, 2022 at 7:00 pm. The application will be reviewed by Township Council on December 7, 2022 and December 14, 2022 at 7:30 pm.
22-15 Francic Subdivision/Lot Consolidation
The applicant is proposing to subdivide the property located at 3278 Wagner Road into two lots and then consolidate the rear lot with his existing property located adjacent at 3278 Wagner Road in a Residential A (RA) zoning district to add more land and buffering to his property.
This application will be reviewed by the Planning Commission on December 12, 2022 at 7:30pm and by Township Council on January 11, 2023 and January 25, 2023 at 7:30 pm.

THE ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2022 AT 7:30 PM, AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASE:
CASE NO. 22-21 – The applicants, John & Kelly Kuzemchak, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 310-128, TABLE A, for an existing shed that encroaches on the required 10’ side setback by approximately 6.25’, on property located at 4653 Vitullo Drive.
