Below you will find links to various land development applications and a calendar of meeting dates for the Environmental Advisory Council, Planning Commission, Zoning Hearing Board, and Town Council.

Land Development Applications
Land Development Application(Use for a Simple Subdivision, Preliminary Subdivision, Final Subdivision, Lot Consolidation, Site Plan, Revised Site Plan, Planned Residential Development - Preliminary, Planned Residential Development - Final, or Change of Use)
* A separate packet must be provided to the Township for review by Allegheny County. The packet should be labeled “Allegheny County Submission” and include the Allegheny County Subdivision and Land Development Review Application as well as the items required by Allegheny County. This packet should be included with your submission to the Township. *A digital copy of these files shall also be included with your digital file. Failure to provide all information could result in significant processing delays and/or the denial of your application. *This information should be submitted to the Township - Allegheny County will not accept applications from individual applicants.
Allegheny County Subdivision and Land Development Review Application (to be submitted to the Township with the following items as well as a digital file that includes these items:)
Subdivisions:
- County review application form, completed by the applicant
- Plat, prepared according to the standards of the municipal SALDO and the requirements of the Allegheny County Department of Real Estate provided in Appendices 1 – 4 of the Allegheny County SALDO
- Project narrative
- Evidence of the notification of public services providers, including all utilities (for major subdivisions only)
- County review application form, completed by the applicant
- Site plan, prepared according to the standards of the municipal SALDO
- Project narrative
- Traffic and circulation plan
- Utilities plan
- Landscape plan
- Photometric plan
- Grading plan
- Phasing schedule, if applicable
- Evidence of the notification of public service providers, including all utilities

(Use for a Conditional Use, Revised Conditional Use, Rezoning, Amendment to Zoning Text, or Curative Amendment)
