Hampton Community Park

Community Park Information

The HamPlayground swings and jungle gympton Community Park is a beautiful 195 acre park. Within the Community Park you will find amenities such as seven pavilion shelters (Alcoa, Drake, Grubbs, Hardt, Kraus, Orchard-Ling, and Rotary) the Hampton Community Center, the Hampton Community Outdoor Pool Complex, nature trails including the Rachel Carson trail, outdoor restrooms, a pond, playgrounds, a horseshoe pit, soccer fields, baseball fields, a Gaga pit, and the Sports Court Complex which contains two basketball courts, six tennis courts, one street hockey court, and one sand volleyball court. The Hampton Community Park is open daily from sunrise to 11:00 pm unless otherwise posted.

Park Pavilion Information

Hampton Community Park offers seven different park pavilions located throughout the park area that are available to rent. Each pavilion includes six picnic tables, a water pump, overhead lighting, electrical outlets* & a charcoal grill. *All pavilions have four electrical outlets except Kraus which has three.

Roasting fires are prohibited in the Community Park.

Tents or structures that need secured in the ground require a Tent Site Permit and permission is required prior to the rental date.

Pavilion Electricity Information: No more than two electrical appliances (one per circuit) that do not exceed 15 amps can be used at the same time. It is also advised that only one extension cord per circuit be used to avoid a circuit overload. Failure to comply with the above information will result in a circuit overload. Should this occur, power will not be able to be restored that day.
