- Waste Management Yard Waste:
Attention Hampton Residents
There has been some confusion this year on Yard Waste. The Township no longer picks up your leaves. It has been put into the contract for Waste Management. Waste Management has sent out a calendar to our residents with the day they will pick up Yard Waste and what they will pick up. This letter/calendar was sent last year when the new contract started, effective October 1, 2008.
Yard Waste will be picked up March through December. Items included are: Leaves, garden residue (no dirt attached) in paper biodegradable bags, shrubbery, limbs, twigs, brush and tree trimmings cut in 4’ length, no larger than 3” diameter no greater than 40 pounds securely tied and bundled. NO GRASS CLIPPINGS. Grass clippings may be put with your garbage on your garbage day. Yard Waste pickup may be a different day than your garbage. Please check your calendar.
If you do not know your day of collection for Yard Waste, please call Waste Management for your calendar at 1-800-458-4090.
