The applicant is proposing to develop approximately 63 acres off of S. Pioneer Road as a Planned Residential Development (PRD) in an RB zoning district. The proposed development will consist of 12 duplexes and 40 single family houses for a total of 64 units. A variance request will be submitted to the Township's Zoning Hearing Board requesting relief from Zoning Ordinance requirements for replacement trees. A public hearing is required. Should final approval be granted, the zoning map will be amended to a PRD-B classification for the property.
*Update 10/5/18* - The applicant has granted an extension and requested to be tabled off of Council's agenda for the month of October. The Public Hearing that was previously scheduled for October 10, 2018 will be rescheduled for the November 14, 2018 Council meeting.
This application will be reviewed by the Environmental Advisory Council on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 7:00 pm, by the Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 7:30 pm, by the Zoning Hearing Board on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 7:30 pm (ZHB to render decision only), and by Township Council on November 14, 2018 and November 28, 2018 at 7:30 pm. A public hearing will be held at the Council meeting on November 14, 2018 at 7:30 pm.
