This application will be reviewed by Township Council on February 27, 2019, March 13, 2019, and March 27, 2019 (all meetings start at 7:30 pm). A Public Hearing will be held at the Council meeting on March 13, 2019 at 7:30 pm.
The applicant is proposing to subdivide an existing lot at 4257 Mount Royal Blvd containing a single-family dwelling in an RB zoning district.
This application will be reviewed by the Planning Commission on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 7:30 pm, and by Township Council on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 and Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 7:30 pm.

THE ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, APRIL 23, 2019 AT 7:30 PM, AT THE MUNICIPAL BLDG. TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASES:
CASE NO. 19-05 – The applicant, Filippo Scolieri, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, under TABLE A, for an front addition that encroaches on the 40’ required setback from the Cherry Street right-of-way by approximately 3’ and for a sunroom/patio roof addition that encroaches on the required side yard setback by approximately 10.5’, on property located at 4842 Cherry Street.
CASE NO. 19-06 – The applicants, Daniel & Nicole Ricketts, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, under TABLE A, for a shed that encroaches on the required 10’ side yard setback by approximately 4’ 4”, on property located at 2785 Clearview Road.
