The following is a list of Land Development applications that are currently under review with the Township.  Individual building permits, building permit applications, or variance applications have not been included on the list.  To request information regarding any of the following applications, please contact the Land Development Office at (412) 486-0400 ext. 307.

16-17 Seahorse Revised Site Plan



The applicant is proposing to redevelop the existing Seahorse building and site for office and restaurant use at property located at 4906 Route 8 in a HC zoning district.  Improvements will include the addition of two stories to the existing structure as well as other site improvements.  The owner has an existing agreement with a contiguous property owner for off-site parking.  Variance requests will be submitted to the Township's ZHB for setback, building height, and bufferyard dimension relief.  

This application will be reviewed by the Environmental Advisory Council on April 3, 2017, by the Planning Commission on April 10, 2017, and by Township Council on April 12, 2017 and April 26, 2017.  The variance requests filed in conjunction with this application will be heard by the Zoning Hearing Board on February 28, 2017. 

16-18 Tolomeo Preliminary/Final Subdivision



The applicant is proposing to subdivide a lot containing an existing single-family dwelling into four lots on an existing private road in an RB zoning district.

This application will be reviewed by the Planning Commission on April 10, 2017 and by Township Council on April 12, 2017 and April 26, 2017.

17-01 Rosanna Preliminary/Final Subdivision/Lot Consolidation



The applicants are proposing to subdivide portions of an unopened recorded paper street and combine those sections with their existing lots, along with combining two existing lots in an RB zoning district.

This application will be reviewed by the Planning Commission on April 10, 2017 and by Township Council on May 24, 2017.

17-02 Torath Chaim Site Plan



The applicant is proposing to widen an existing roadway and install a storage building related to an existing non-conforming use on a 10.18-acre lot located on Wickline Road in a RA zoning district.

This application will be reviewed by the Environmental Advisory Council on May 1, 2017, by the Planning Commission on April 10, 2017 and by Township Council on May 24, 2017.
