The applicant is seeking Conditional Use approval for an existing massage therapy business located at 4248 Route.
This application will be reviewed by the Planning Commission on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 7:30 pm, and by Township Council on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 and Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 7:30 pm. A Public Hearing will be held at the Council meeting on February 13, 2019.

THE ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2019 AT 7:30 PM, AT THE MUNICIPAL BLDG. TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASES:
CASE NO. 19-02 – The applicants, John & Linda Stewart, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, under SECTION 310-712, SUBSECTION D, for a fence located less than 8’ away from the curb of Lampl Road, on property located at 3211 Henrich Farm Lane.
CASE NO. 19-03 – The applicant, Marjorie Radebaugh, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, under SECTION 310-75, SUBSECTION C, PARAGRAPH 8, for a detached garage located in front of the leading edge of the primary structure, on property located at 3843 Ridgeway Drive.
