The applicant, Stone Lodge Inc., is proposing an addition and renovations to the existing main Golf Club building, and renovations the existing pool/cabana building, at the Wildwood Golf Club, located at 2195 Sample Road in a Conservation B (CB) zoning district. The project will include associated site improvements, including landscaping, lighting, parking, and accessibility upgrades.
