The applicant is requesting approval to use a portion of an existing property, previously approved for commercial recreation use, for outdoor automobile vehicle storage. Although "Automobile Vehicle Storage" is not specifically listed as a use in a Light Industrial Zoning District it may be considered as a conditional use if found to be compatible with adjacent or surrounding existing and permitted uses. The applicant is also requesting that, if approved, the use may be allowed while a separate application is submitted that will subdivide the area from the main parcel.
This application will be reviewed at the Township Council on July 11, 2018 and July 25, 2018 at 7:30 pm. A public hearing will be held during the Council Agenda Meeting on July 11, 2018.
The applicant is proposing to expand the existing structure, located at 4578 Route 8 in an HC zoning district, by approximately 2,000 square feet. Additional parking requirements will require the use of an adjacent lot which will be consolidated as part of the land development process.
This application will be reviewed by the Environmental Advisory Council on June 4, 2018 at 7:00 pm, by the Planning Commission on July 9, 2018 at 7:30 pm, and by Township Council on July 11, 2018 and July 25, 2018 at 7:30 pm.

CASE NO. 18-10 – The applicant, Summer Daughenbaugh, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, TABLE A, for a deck that would encroach on the required 30’ setback from the side property line by approximately 7’, and on the required 50’ setback from the rear property line by approximately 45’ on property located at 2475 Sample Road.
CASE NO. 18-11 – The applicants, Milon & Alena Leybovich, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, under TABLE A, for a new single-family dwelling that would encroach on the required 50’ setback from the street right-of-way by approximately 25’, on the required 30’ setback from the side property line by approximately 6’, and on the required 50’ rear setback by approximately 3’ on property located at 3266 Maine Drive.
